My Favorite Sites To Learn About C&H

Links last checked on 12 February 2006 (Note: If any of these aren't working please tell me immediately!)
  • The Official Calvin & Hobbes Site : Not bad, though a little dry. They offer a different Calvin strip each day, but their Bill Watterson biography is a bit feeble. I like their section of people's letters to Bill. Some of the folks sound a little scary, heh heh.
  • Calvin and Hobbes Jumpstation: Maintained by Henrik Eriksson, this website features a great variety of Calvin links, an exclusive radio show, international character name info, and more.
  • The Calvin and Hobbes Album: Adam Fisher-Cox's Calvin site is packed with information and fun, including the web's only Calvin and Hobbes radio show. Also, don't forget to join us at the Everything Calvin and Hobbes discussion group, which Adam moderates!
  • Digital Calvin and Hobbes: This great-looking site has all sorts of unique features including discussion, create-a-strip, lots of Calvin polls, etc. Check it out!
  • Calvin and Hobbes Hideout: This awesome site features fan art, video games, international Calvin strips and more!
  • Wikipedia entry on Calvin and Hobbes: This has a tremendous collection of information about the strip, from history and characters to influences and themes. Plus they link to my site. Thanks!
  • Calvin and Hobbes Unofficial Website: Check out this colorful website from the UK!
  • Poemae Wattersonis: A really beautiful fan site devoted to Watterson's poetry from the Calvin and Hobbes books. I love the design of this place.
  • Calvin strip finder
  • Calvin and Hobbes Fan Club: This is Lindsey Noelle's great site where you can show your appreciation of C&H with a certificate and membership card. Nice!
  • Calvin & Hobbes: Unplugged : It's too bad this site hasn't had an update since 2001, because it's quite a remarkable place. The Indubitable C&H Encyclopedia is a must-see, and the In Search Of Bill Watterson link is nice too.
  • The Calvin and Hobbes Online Museum: This enthusiastic page has all sorts of interesting things including polls, a forum, tribute strips, and more.
  • Calvin and Hobbes' Magical World: This Danish site has all sorts of interesting information including international Calvin book publishers and more.
  • The Calvin and Hobbes Page at Craig's : There's enough information here to occupy you for hours. Pics, items, letters from fans...it's all here, and the presentation is nice as well. Check it out!
  • Cool Calvin & Hobbes Collection : Ben made this page in the mid-1990s and after a long hiatus he returned to the site in 2006. The layout is slick and he has some nice features you won't find anywhere else!
  • Calvin & Hobbes Avatars Plus : If you're looking for an avatar to use on an internet discussion board, this is the place to go. He's even got some of mine on there. I'm flattered!
  • Simply Calvin and Hobbes: Wow, I love the look of this Calvin & Hobbes site! Some kooky facts, unusual applets, and more. Check it out.
  • Calvin et Hobbes Sur Altunis: This lovely French site features an great layout combined with rare pictures and some fun statistics. Well done!
  • Calvin y Hobbes en Altunis: Yep, you guessed it! It's a Spanish site from the folks who brought you Calvin et Hobbes Sur Altunis!
  • Calvin und Hobbes Fansite: A terrific Calvin page in German.
  • Don't Knock My Smock: Click the link and bask in the glory of the smock.
  • Steen og Stoffer archive: In Denmark, C&H are known as Steen & Stoffer. Here's a little archive of Danish strips.
  • Steen & Stoffer page: Another Danish page.
  • Hamster Huey Press: It had to happen sooner or later...someone has created their vision of Calvin's favorite book, "Hamster Huey & the Gooey Kerblooie." They've changed the author's name from Mabel Syrup to Mabel Barr, presumably in an attempt to avoid litigation. Check it out.
  • Calvin Viewer: This program by Rumey Jiffrey allows you to view the last 14 Calvin strips posted on the official site, opening them in one window for your reading convenience. It only works with windows and internet explorer. For those using other browsers, there is an htm file generated which they can view.
  • 25 Great Calvin and Hobbes Strips: Exactly what it says.
  • Calvin scripts: This page by Anand Subramanian features the dialogue of nearly every Calvin and Hobbes strip.
